I suggest to college to use Amazon’s kindle to replace text books, the device itself cost $300 but the benefits are mind blowingly awesome, students will always remember bring the material to class, bec ause it only weight 10oz and holds a lot of content, no more shoulder pain caused by text books; we save money, no more rip off from bookstores, all kindle version books are cheaper, paperless books are very “green”.
Create a share platform for students to share their notes, strategies, tricks, tips, experiences of any academic-related topics, students can rate for the most helpful document.
Force all students to rate their professors, students who don’t participate will not be able to log on to their student account unless they accomplished the survey.
Add features articles and video about educational developments and new discoveries to the college homepage; make it more interesting so the students would log on more often.
Most important of all, keep everything in 1 place, we do not like to remember zillions of users names and have 10 opened tabs.
